Leme Beach is located at the very end of Copacabana Beach. 

It is a short beach, but it is a very local hotspot. Usually, the tourists get all crammed in the middle of Copacabana Beach while the locals go to Leme which is often overlooked.

Leme Beach also has a long sand stretch, which is great. You will see a lot of people playing footvolley around here.

Another thing about Leme Beach is that there are no subway stations nearby, which helps to keep it less crowded than the other beaches that are very easy to access by subway.
