My favorite thing about the Fairmont Rio Hotel is its location, almost at Arpoador. This hotel is so close to Ipanema, that you can easily explore both neighborhoods by foot, making it a much nicer experience to go out for dinner and dive into the South Zone of Rio.

Fairmont is a great option for a 5-star hotel to stay in Copacabana, especially if you value having a beachfront view from your room.
