The small town of Mellieha is located on a small hill in the north of Malta. Around 11,000 people live in this picturesque town with a special charm. The town is also well-known and popular for its longest sandy beach in Malta, which is located below the small town. Mellieha is also a good starting point for excursions in the region. The town centre is pretty but also very small. In the centre there is a long street with café’s and the famous parish church of Mellieha.
