Escape the crowds and discover one of my favourite local secrets, Bajja tal-Qroll, or Coral Lagoon. This quiet, rocky bay is your perfect spot for a serene afternoon of swimming and snorkelling in stunningly clear blue waters, with incredible views over to Gozo and Comino. It's a natural spot, so you'll be laying your towels on the rocks, but the peace and the vibrant underwater life make it more than worth it. Access is straightforward with easy parking, but be sure to wear sturdy shoes for the short, rocky walk to the water's edge.
