This house caught our attention when exploring the options for one night stay in this area.

Located in a quiet natural setting, this spacious two-level home sits close to the lake and offers beautiful views of both the surrounding mountains and the water.

What makes this place particularly interesting to us is the location. Laguna de Olomega is one of the most beautiful freshwater lagoons in eastern El Salvador, surrounded by wildlife, fishing villages, and incredible birdlife. Staying here means waking up surrounded by nature, far from the busy beaches or cities, and experiencing a side of the country that many travelers never see 😲.

We haven’t personally stayed here yet, but once we visit again the eastern side, this would definitely be one of the places we’d consider 🙌
