Just outside of town, you'll find the stunning Larnaca Salt Lake, a true natural wonder that changes dramatically with the seasons. From November to March, it becomes a vibrant hub for thousands of pink flamingos, offering a spectacular sight against the water. A flat, easy 4km walking trail winds along the shore, perfect for a leisurely stroll with beautiful views, especially at sunset. In the summer, the water evaporates, leaving behind a shimmering, white crust of salt, creating a completely different but equally mesmerizing landscape.
