High above Gozo's capital, Victoria, you'll find the ancient Cittadella, a fortified city that offers the most incredible 360-degree views of the entire island. Getting lost in its labyrinth of narrow, winding streets feels like stepping back in time. While the main grounds are always open and free to explore, I'd recommend setting aside a couple of hours to also visit the stunning cathedral and the various small museums tucked within the walls, which require a combined ticket.
