Get a mixed portion if you can. We went for both the roast pork and the duck. The pork is the standout, with crisp crackling and juicy meat, but the duck is also worth adding if it’s available. Everything is chopped to order and wrapped up fresh.

This is one of those blink-and-you’ll-miss-it Old Quarter spots that locals rely on for quick, proper food. There’s a constant flow of people stopping by, pointing, paying, and heading off. It’s not a sit-down place. It’s about quality roast meat done really well, exactly how Hanoi does everyday food.

Tip:

There’s no menu, so just point at what you want. It’s best eaten straight away while walking the streets nearby, as there’s no seating (so ignore the restaurant category of this spot). If you’re feeling snacky between meals or want something savoury to balance out all the noodles, this is a perfect stop.
