Pokohino Beach is a hidden gem on the Coromandel Peninsula, perfect for drone photography, surfing without the crowds or for a quiet getaway. This secluded beach offers pristine golden sands and clear blue waters, along with a small cave on the right side of the beach for those that like to explore! The walk down to the beach can be steep in parts and takes around 20 minutes from the carpark.

I photographed this spot with my drone during the day to capture the amazing colours of the ocean and surrounding pine forest.
