Barkináfoss is a charming waterfall located about 21 km south of Djúpivogur, right off Iceland's Ring Road. It's a perfect spot for a quick break during your drive, with a small parking area nearby. While the path to the waterfall can be a bit slippery, especially when wet, it's worth the short walk to take in the serene beauty of the falls. Just be cautious and wear appropriate footwear. It's one of those hidden gems that make road trips in Iceland so memorable.
