Easy 1 hour return walk with stunning views

Further information: The Mercer Bay Loop Walk is a lively and picturesque hike in West Auckland, which offers stunning views of the Tasman Sea. This two and a half kilometer loop trail begins with a steep descent and takes visitors to Te Ahua headland, where there is a historically significant Māori pā site. As hikers make their way along the coastal track, they will be rewarded with an abundance of NZ native flora and fauna, as well as stunning turquoise water views from the high vantage points. This family-friendly hike is an unmissable experience for those who wish to take in some of New Zealand's finest scenery!
