As you know, I am an avid cherry blossom hunter wherever I go! 🌸 Here you can find my favorite cherry blossom places that are either in or around Tokyo doable as a day trip. While this is clustered as an "itinerary" for ease of use, this is not a traditional itinerary as most spots bloom at different times.
I clustered the ones that are in close proximity to each other in "days" to make it easier for you to plan your trip but you could also add more to each day if you wanted of course!
Please be aware that on the weekends, pretty much any place in Tokyo has a high probability of being crowded. I highly recommend that you also engage in "hanami" and do a cherry blossom picnic among the locals. It's one of my favorite activities! Stock up on snacks at the supermarket and konbini and enjoy the unique atmosphere under the petals ☺️💕
