I have my own top 3 most favorite pizza places in the world, and this is one of them, run by the super friendly Italian living in Kyoto! Another one is in Miyama (mentioned in my another guide), and the 3rd one is in Hong Kong 😅 Typically I do not include places that might have a huge line, but I could not do it with Lugara. If there is no line and you are up for some pizza, do not think, just go in there! 🙌🤩
