A perfect destination for tea, established in 1790, it has a rich history of over 200 years and is renowned for producing high-quality Uji tea. You can explore the factory, experience a small museum to learn about the traditional methods of tea-making, and partake in hands-on activities and workshops.

There are also sweets like matcha ice cream parfaits, tea-flavored foods, and of course, various types of Uji tea on offer. It also has a small but really good shop where you can buy a matcha bowl or other themed utensils.
