The Kamigata Ukiyoe is a museum dedicated to the art of ukiyo-e, a Japanese style of woodblock printing that flourished in the Edo period (1603-1868). The prints depict a wide variety of subjects, including landscapes, kabuki actors, and courtesans. The museum also has a number of interactive exhibits that allow visitors to learn about the history and techniques of ukiyo-e. There is also a shop that sells ukiyo-e prints, books, and souvenirs. If you are interested in Japanese art or history, the Kamigata Ukiyoe Museum is a great place to visit. It is a non-touristy spot and a perfect option if you want to take a short break (the whole museum is really small and it won't take long to fully explore it) from the busy Osaka.
