Sitting at the top of the park near the bamboo forest, this place is really worth a visit. You can see the amazing view of the Katsura River Gorge and a small Buddhist Temple on the other side.

After arriving at the observation deck, as an option, you can take a slight detour and visit two more observation decks (which are usually less crowded) located nearby.
