Tori Soba Zagin is a delicious ramen spot in Tokyo's historic Kagurazaka neighborhood. They serve up delicious chicken soba with a rich white soup made from Sakurajima chicken from Kagoshima Prefecture. The noodles are chewy, the toppings are on point, and the vibes are great.

And I highly recommend trying their Wagyu sushi—it's an absolute must!
