One of my favorite Shrines and one of my favorite places to enjoy the blooming sakura. Get ready to overcome 742 stone steps on the way to the main Shrine 😵‍💫 At the very end of your path, a 12-meter long path through the rocks will be waiting for you. This path is believed to be opened by the power of God. There is a sign that "those who have a good heart will instantly get rid of their illness and their wishes will be fulfilled, but those who have a bad heart will be caught between rocks".

The shrine also has an alternative name (Tarobogu Shrine) honoring one of its legendary deities, Tengu King Tarobo.
