Experience a traditional tea ceremony where you'll be served authentic Uji tea alongside seasonal sweets. I was fortunate enough to arrive without a reservation or waiting in line. I got there around 10:20 am, just after my tour around Byodo-in Temple. However, I still highly recommend making a reservation either by phone or email (using Google Translate).

To access and pay for the ceremony, first, enter the Ujishi Kanko Center - Google Maps pin. The building might look a bit plain 😅, but don't worry. After making the payment, you'll be invited to enter the traditional tea house located right next to the initial building.

Make sure to visit their website to check the range of prices. The website is in Japanese, so don't forget to use Google Translate once again.
