Ryde Falls Tracks is a great place for tramping and walking enthusiasts to explore the wonders of the Canterbury region. Located in the Oxford Forest Conservation Area, this four to six-hour track culminates at Ryde Falls – a spectacular five-tier waterfall. Here visitors can savour its beauty and hear stories of the area’s colourful past from archaeological remnants like the Ryde Tramway panel. There are two options for reaching the waterfalls, with one starting at the Coopers Creek car park and the other at the View Hill Car Park. Both walks take around 3 hours one way, with the latter being easier for those with limited mobility or time constraints. So come down, take your pick of tracks and enjoy the grandeur of Ryde Falls!
