Nins Bin is a unique place to dine located in Kaikōura on the roadside near the sea. It has been owned by the same family since 1977 and offers deliciously fresh and flavourful crayfish, served pure or cooked with butter, lemon, and white wine. Sitting at a wooden table right on the rocky shoreline with the taste of the crayfish, the sight and smell of the sea, and the sound of the waves makes it an unforgettable dining experience. Nearby you can also visit the busy fur seal colony at Ōhau Point and observe the seal cubs learning to swim and play around on rocks.
