Short little walk with glow worms at night

Minnehaha Walk is a delightful short walk located in the rainforest in Fox Glacier area and Westland Tai Poutini National Park of the West Coast region. Ideal for all levels of hikers, with wheelchairs and buggies suitable, it is an ideal introduction to the forest for children. Take a torch to experience the glow worms after dark, as you loop back to the start point via Te Weheka Walkway/Cycleway. Bikes are not permitted on this 1.2 km loop that usually takes around 20 minutes. Enjoy discovering the lush rain forest surrounded by towering peaks and native birdsong.
