Not to be confused with the nearby Rere Rockslide, these falls are 20 metres wide, creating a beautiful cascade into the pool below. It is a popular swimming spot in summer and you may see some brave locals attempting to walk behind the falls too! There is a beautiful picnic area next to the falls. It is a beautiful spot for landscape photography!

Remember: Do not attempt to swim after heavy rainfall or if the river is in flood, deep or fast-moving.

Personal tip: If you are a photographer, visit on an overcast day or during dusk or dawn to get the best images. The midday sun can be harsh through the forest canopy.

Pronunciation: Rere: reh-reh
