Teddy's Trail is a short detour off the main Snodgrass Trail and is around 1 mile RT. You can continue on up Snodgrass, but as far as flowers go, the lupines and Mules Ears are most impressive towards the beginning of the trail. Once on Teddy's you see a sign for hikers and one below for horses -- follow the hikers trail for a higher vantage point and where these lupine photos were taken.

Shooting either sunrise or sunset, it will give you a panorama of colors -- don't forget to look behind you.
