If you are looking for some good views of the Fraser Valley and its surrounding peaks, a drive or hike up the Mount Woodside Forest Service Road is a nice excursion. A highlight is getting to the launch point where the hang-gliders and paragliders launch. The road is best with trucks and SUVs. This requires a high clearance 4x4 vehicle to reach but you could park along the Forest Service Road and hike the spur road to the launch site.
