Message from Gemma, Off Track Travel

The Centennial Loop in Paradise Meadows is an easy 2.5km trail through beautiful subalpine scenery. Featuring a flat boardwalk with no barriers, the loop is accessible for wheelchair users and families with strollers.

If desired, you can continue on a regular trail to Helen Mackenzie (8km return) or even to Circlet Lake (19km) and the summit of Mount Albert Edward (32km, best visited on a multi-day trip).

The drive to the Paradise Meadows trailhead takes around 25 minutes from downtown Courtenay.
