Shothole Canyon is one of the few places in Cape Range where you can actually drive into the gorge itself. The views are incredible, especially from the top!

We did the 4WD track and loved how rugged it was, but it was difficult at parts, so don't attempt this if you're not confident in your abilities.

• Only accessible with a 4WD

• Cape Range NP entry fee

• Entry off Yardie Creek Road

• No facilities, bring water and snacks

• Best light is early morning or late arvo

• No camping allowed, day-use only
