This one’s a bit more affordable than the parks in town, and while it’s nothing fancy, it does the job if you’re after a cheaper place to base yourself.

The park’s got the usual amenities and a quieter feel compared to RAC, which we really appreciated.

We’d stay here again if we wanted something cheap but still close to town!

Things we liked:

• Budget-friendly option

• Sites are spacious and it’s less crowded

• Short drive into town (not walkable)

• Facilities are standard, nothing flash, but functional

Know before going:

• Slightly older park but well-maintained

• Good option if RAC or others are full or pricey

• Still close enough to all the beaches by car
