Sandy Bay is one of the easiest spots to chill out in Cape Range. Calm, shallow water, a few shaded picnic tables, and plenty of space to set up for the day.

And solid kite surfing and fishing if you’re into it!

It's also linked by a short coastal walk to Osprey Bay (about 20 mins one way)

Know before going:

• It's in Cape Range NP so entry fee to the park applies

• Unsealed road but 2WD friendly

• No shops or cafes, bring everything with you

• No camping at Sandy Bay itself, but Osprey Bay campground is close by
