Pemberton is all about the forest, with massive trees (some that you can climb), beautiful hikes, and a natural swimming pool you can chill at.
It’s quieter than other South West towns, but that’s part of the charm. Great for walking, camping, and getting off the grid a bit!
Things to do:
Climb the Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree (first 20 metres)
Check out Gloucester Tree (not for climbing at the moment)
Drive the Karri Forest Explorer scenic loop
Swim at the Pemberton pool
Walk the trails through Warren National Park
Good to know:
Great spot in spring for wildflower season
Very limited phone reception in the forests, download maps ahead
Bring mozzie spray for the dams and river spots
