Every morning at 8:45 am, a group of volunteers feeds the local pelicans down by the foreshore.

You’ll see these giant birds up close as they share some cool facts, it's a great and quick thing to do if you’ve got kids.

Know before going:

  • Free activity, gold coin donation appreciated

  • Don’t try to touch or feed the birds yourself (there are fines for that)

  • Located right on the foreshore near the Kalbarri War Memorial

  • Bring a hat, there’s not much shade
