This spot is a short drive from town and it's known for its 130-million-year-old dinosaur footprints, which you can spot at very low tide!

They're absolutely iconic and worth the drive. But even if you miss them, the views alone make it worth the trip, the contrast between the red Broome dirt and the turquoise water will blow your mind.

Know before going:

  • Dinosaur footprints are only visible at low tide so check tide charts

  • Rockpools in the red rocks if you go exploring

  • Hangout spot

  • No entry fee

  • 2WD friendly, it's sealed road all the way

  • Wear grippy shoes, rocks can be slippery if you’re walking to the prints
