This is one of the most popular spots to stay if you’re travelling with kids or want easy access to the beach without being far from town.

What we liked:

• Cabins, powered and unpowered sites, plus heaps of space to spread out.

• Playground and games room, perfect for families

• Walking distance to Ocean Beach and Wilson Inlet

• Good base for surfing, fishing, and day trips to Williams Bay NP (where Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks are)

Good to know:

• About 10 mins drive from Denmark town

• Gets busy during school holidays, book ahead

• Some sites are more sheltered than others, worth asking when you book
