This spot flew under the radar for us at first, but after snorkelling here, it quickly became one of our top picks for snorkelling in Exmouth!

If you want to see some big animals swimming through, then snorkel here! I saw a large reef shark, turtles, dolphins and more.

It’s less crowded than Turquoise Bay, the waters are much calmer (less of a strong current). However you need to swim out quite deep to see the coral bommies.

Plus it's very easy to access (2WD-friendly) and then a walk to get to the beach follow the signs.

Btw, if you're keen on a snorkelling tour, we did this one that also includes a kayak and it was epic! We loved the guides, they recommended us other epic spots in the area too.

Know before going:

  • Look for the yellow buoys, that's the snorkelling area

  • Entry to Cape Range NP applies

  • No camping on site
