The Muiron Islands are 15km off Exmouth and it's crazy but the reef there is different than in Exmouth, even though it's kinda nearby.

We did a scuba tour here and it was incredible, we saw sea snakes, dolphins, manta rays, and beautiful coral formations.

It's a visit worth doing if you're scuba certified! If not, there are snorkelling tours too.

Know before going:

• Only accessible by boat (around 1.5 hours each way)

• Best accessed via tour, multiple operators from Exmouth

• We recommend going between May–Sept for chance to see whales too

• Bring seasickness tablets if you’re prone, it’s open water

• Diving requires certification, but snorkelling tours are beginner-friendly
