This is an amazing camping spot (powered and unpowered sites) and a great pit stop if you're driving between Exmouth and Broome.

Some people stay here for off grid camping to get away from the hustle of the towns.

We camped right by the beach and watched some really good sunsets. Also there's nothing like falling asleep to the sound of waves!

Usually people don't swim here (crocs and stingers), but great for walks and beachcombing!

Know before going:

  • Gravel road in is fine for 2WD in dry season, but 4WD recommended

  • Basic shop and fuel at the caravan park

  • Best visited between May and Sept when it’s cooler and dry

  • Not dog-friendly
