We’ve stayed here a couple of times, It's not the most stunning, but it's right next to the water and it's very close to town.
It’s clean and modern, but it can feel a bit packed, especially during peak season.
It’s a solid choice if you want to be close to town and have all the usual comforts (like proper showers, power, camp kitchens, etc).
What we liked:
Prime location, easy walk to the foreshore
Clean facilities and big camp kitchen
Good for families with kids (playground and space to roam)
Powered and unpowered sites, plus cabins
Know before going:
Not our favourite for atmosphere, but location-wise it’s hard to beat if you’re after convenience.
Can feel crowded, sites are pretty close together
Book EARLY in peak times (it fills up quick)
If you prefer a quieter vibe, best to check out other parks in this guide
