We’ve stayed here a couple of times, It's not the most stunning, but it's right next to the water and it's very close to town.

It’s clean and modern, but it can feel a bit packed, especially during peak season.

It’s a solid choice if you want to be close to town and have all the usual comforts (like proper showers, power, camp kitchens, etc).

What we liked:

• Prime location, easy walk to the foreshore

• Clean facilities and big camp kitchen

• Good for families with kids (playground and space to roam)

• Powered and unpowered sites, plus cabins

Know before going:

• Not our favourite for atmosphere, but location-wise it’s hard to beat if you’re after convenience.

• Can feel crowded, sites are pretty close together

• Book EARLY in peak times (it fills up quick)
