This one’s a must if you’re in Walpole or driving to/from Denmark.

It's a suspended walkway through towering tingle trees, with views right out across the forest canopy.

It’s easy, accessible, and totally different to anything else in the region.

Things to do there:

  • Do the 500m Tree Top Walk, it climbs gently to 40m high

  • Explore the Ancient Empire walk through massive tingle tree trunks at ground level

  • Spot wildflowers and fungi when in season (spring)

  • Learn about the local ecology at the visitor centre

Know before going:

  • Open daily, usually 9am–5pm (double check seasonal hours)

  • Entry fee applies (discounts for families)

  • Suitable for wheelchairs and prams

  • No pets allowed
