A Peaceful Night at Camping Sinervä – Multia

During our visit to Multia, we stayed in a cozy lakeside cabin at Camping Sinervä — and what a calm and relaxing spot it was! The campsite is located right by the village, with easy access and a smooth road that takes you all the way to the entrance.

The site mainly serves caravanners, but there are also a few cabins (for 4 people each), equipped with the basics: beds, a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Just bring your own bed linen, and you're all set!

And the view from our cabin’s terrace? Absolutely perfect. ☺️ Anyone would relax there instantly.

Camping Sinervä has all the essentials for a great stay.
But what really stood out? The staff. Super friendly, cheerful, and always up for a chat. The on-site restaurant was buzzing — it seems to be a popular hangout for the locals, too! When the staff welcomes you warmly, recognizes you the next day, and shares a laugh with you, it really elevates the whole travel experience.

The service facilities were also great — and for the record, the showers had lovely hot water and strong pressure. 😄 That’s a big win for this shower-lover!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 For the Kids: A Total Hit

Kids are truly thought of here.
The boys dashed off to search for hidden letters in a game trail, and the girls completely fell in love with the Moomin-themed playground. It was a dream come true for little adventurers of all ages: the Moominhouse, swings, a trampoline, slides, and loads of toys.

🔥 Evening Sauna by the Lake

In the evening, the lakeside sauna warmed up — you can book it separately when staying overnight. Nothing beats that peaceful end to the day.

There’s something truly special about campsites. The atmosphere is always cheerful, the people are kind, and there’s a friendly buzz in the air. At a campsite, you can keep to yourself if you want — or join in for a round of darts or a friendly game of mölkky.

Camping Sinervä captured all of that beautifully. A perfect mix of solitude, nature, and the company of fellow happy travelers. 🌲
