Café Babalú is a quirky café located on Skólavörðustígur in down town Reykjavik, known for its bright yellow and blue exterior and eclectic interior decor. Stepping inside feels like entering the home of a whimsical grandma with a hoarding habit, complete with vintage postcards, colorful flower baskets, vinyl records, and an array of Flintstones toys. It's a fun and unique spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in Reykjavik.

QUICK NOTES:

  • What it is: An eclectic and colourful café in down town Reykjavík.

  • Best season / time of day: Please check Google Maps and/or their website.

  • Nice to know: My favourite part of the place is upstairs!
