When you think of Tasmanian cheese, Ashgrove will likely be one of the brands that comes up. Here you can undertake a tasting, sit in and enjoy breakfast or lunch, or indulge in a take away or gelato. We love to stop in for a fancy toastie, or to stock up on our favourites in bulk (we love the Bush Pepper and Wasabi Cheese).

If you want to learn more about how cheese is made, watch the cheesemakers in action and hear all about their pasture to plate philosophy in the interactive interpretation centre. Ashgrove is known for it's gournet produce, award-winning milk, speciality cheeses and other Tasmanian produce. You can even pair some delicious cheese with a local wine.
