This is definitely one of my favourite hikes for those looking for a challenge, and to enjoy the awesome and rugged landscapes of the West Coast of Tassie. Mount Murchison Regional Reserve is located near Rosebery, Tasmania. It is a 5.3km (3.3 miles) out-and-back hike, with an elevation gain of 2,332 ft. The track is well marked and offers stunning views from the top.

It's a great spot for hiking, walking, and enjoying the local wildlife and wildflowers. The trail can be slippery, so definitely ensure you have proper hiking shoes with good grip, and definitely be prepared for all seaons as the weather can change quickly.

The challenge is absolutely worth the reward, its definitely a must visit for experienced hikers.
