Parque del Amor, or Love Park, is one of Miraflores’ most famous spots. It's perched right along the Malecón with sweeping ocean views. The centerpiece is a giant sculpture of two lovers embracing, surrounded by colorful mosaic walls that curve like waves and are inscribed with romantic quotes. It’s a favorite spot for couples, wedding photos, and anyone looking for a beautiful sunset view.
For us, Love Park felt both iconic and playful. Walking through the mosaics reminded us of Gaudí’s Parc Güell in Barcelona, but with a uniquely Peruvian twist. It’s small, but it’s one of those Lima landmarks you don’t want to miss, especially at sunset.
Pro Tip: The park can get crowded in the evening, so if you want photos without a ton of people, stop by in the early morning. Then come back at sunset for the full atmosphere.
