Hidden gems Denmark

What started as my own mission to get to know my home country better has turned into a collection of hidden gems, cozy stays, and places that make me fall in love with Denmark again and again - from the windy coast of the North Sea to our small islands and all the beautiful spots in between.

In this guide, you’ll find everything from luxury shelters and treehouses to glamping, and more - places to relax and take a deep breath. I’ve stayed at all of them and spoken with the hosts, who also share their best local tips in this guide.

I usually travel with my little family - my husband, our two boys, and our newest family member, our dog Folmer. No matter how many of us are traveling, we always look for places where nature, calm, and local charm come together.

The guide is updated continuously as I discover new spots, so you’ll always find fresh inspiration. I already have so many travel plans for the coming year, and I’m really looking forward to sharing it all with you!
