Just 700 metres from the small ferry harbour, you’ll find this cosy seaside campsite with views of the ocean. The site is beautifully divided into different zones for overnight stays: shelters, small cabins, tents and motorhomes which creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
The glamping area opened in 2025 and offers a brand-new, beautiful way to experience Endelave. We absolutely loved that it was possible to book 1.5 hours in the wilderness hot tub and sauna, both covered, so even on a rainy day it feels magical and wonderfully relaxing.

Campingpladsen Endelave - Insider Tips
🌊 Near Endelave Ø-lejr, a small path leads down to the water - the sweetest, most intimate little trail ending at a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the sea (add “Endelave Ø-lejr” to your map and follow the path all the way to the water).
👙 At Endelave’s charming harbour, you’ll find a new bathing jetty with great facilities and wonderfully clear water for a swim.
🥐 Start your day with “Smagen af Endelave - A Taste of the Island.” Pick up freshly baked morning bread, warm liver pâté (a Danish specialty) and homemade toppings from Smagen af Endelave (just remember to check their opening hours).
🥾 Endelave is especially known for the hiking route called “Kaninoen”. This 21-kilometre trail takes you all the way around the island, through beautiful landscapes and past the island’s many rabbits. There are also shorter Kanino-routes of 12 km and 3 km.
🧑🍳 Enjoy a delicious dinner at Kroen Endelave, order something nice to drink, and stay for a board game or two – the perfect way to end a day of little island adventures.
