Locals cliff jumping spot!

We have not been here and not sure how to safely get here. Best to chat to locals and be safe.

'Great place for cliff diving. Access from fisherman’s rock entrance off Newton rd. Best time to head out there is 1hr before high tide as some areas are impassable without getting shoes wet at high tide. Best jumping is at high tide, water-shoes are good for climbing up over oyster beds.' - Google Maps

'Blowhole on Waiheke around the corner from Little Oneroa. The big jump is 20m and only doable at high tide but a bit west from that spot is a smaller rock with a couple levels you can jump off.' - Reddit.com
