Cave and Basin National Historic Site is a special place with a rich history dating back over ten thousand years. It all started in 1883 when three railway workers stumbled upon the thermal springs, leading to the creation of Canada's first national park. Today, visitors can explore interactive exhibits, enjoy stunning views, and learn about the connection between people and the land.

You don't need to purchase tickets in advance or make reservations here. You can purchase a bundle ticket that also includes access to the Banff Upper Hot Springs.
