Fox Tale Fermentation Project is a fun and inspiring environment that focuses on creating unique and specialty Beers, Fermented Foods, and Beyond. Its mission is to provide a sustainable and supportive atmosphere for its community, with something to offer for everyone! With its Instagram foodie feed and comfy lounge area, there are plenty of activities to do in this restaurant. This is definitely one of the most unique places we've been to. If you're looking for traditional beers like hazy IPAs, sours, lagers and pilsners, this is not your place. You will find nothing traditional on their menu, which is what makes it so unique! Instead you'll find beers with unique fermentations like their Farmhouse Ale with Candy Cap Mushrooms called Fung Shui. And make sure to try some of the food as well! It's delish!
