Kings Canyon National Park, located in California’s Sierra Nevada, is a stunning blend of deep glacial valleys, towering granite peaks, roaring rivers, and ancient sequoia groves. Its centerpiece, Kings Canyon, rivals Yosemite Valley in grandeur, with sheer cliffs and lush meadows carved by glaciers. The park is home to General Grant Tree, one of the largest trees in the world, found in the awe-inspiring Grant Grove. Beyond the valley, the park offers rugged wilderness, including the High Sierra backcountry, perfect for hiking, backpacking, and mountaineering. With its dramatic landscapes and diverse ecosystems, Kings Canyon is a haven for adventurers and nature enthusiasts seeking both inspiration and solitude.

We've only visited this park once, and have a couple of activities on our map, so make sure to take a look and we'll update as we do more!
