From Fuji to Tokyo - 10 Days

What you’ll do

Best of Tokyo / Yokohama / Kamakura / Hakone / Fuji - 10 Days.

In terms of transportation, you'll need a car to enjoy the Fuji Area (I rented a car from Tokyo to Fuji and left the car in Yokohama), the rest was done with trains with my IC card in my iPhone (very convenient to get before your trip).

Your first day will mainly depends if you prefer to start with Fuji or start with Tokyo area.

In this itinerary I rented a car in tokyo on the first day, it's around 1h30 to go to fujikawaguchiko from Shinjuku area (around 2h30 from Narita airport).

You can checkin in Rakuyu hotel (enjoy their onsen with the lake's view.) and visit around :

Fujisan Yumeno Ohashi, photo at the bridge (if the weather is good enough to see the mount Fuji)
Shiraito Falls, my favorite waterfall of the trip! Must stop!
Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba, traditional village with Fuji view
Momiji Tunnel, especially known in autumn for the photo spot.
oishi park, which is good in beginning of july for the lavender and the fuji views.
FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace
Kawaguchi Asama Shrine, need a 20 min hike up, and 20 min back.
Lake Kawaguchi Great Bridge, especially good if you have a drone (you can launch it from under the bridge, there's a parking).
